1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing our website, micro-applications, developer tools, and API services provided by AnakPiyik AI Labs ("AnakPiyik", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Permitted Use & AI Policy Compliance
Our applications leverage foundation models including Anthropic Claude. Users agree to comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and third-party foundation model terms, including:
- Anthropic Usage Policy: Users shall not generate deceptive content, malicious code, harmful materials, harassment, or attempt jailbreaks against underlying model guardrails.
- Lawful Operations: You may not use our services for unsolicited bulk spamming, scraping unauthorized systems, or intellectual property infringements.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all prompts, text, data, and configurations you submit to our applications. We claim no ownership over generated outputs produced by your models.
Our Platform: The AnakPiyik AI Labs brand, codebases, design systems, algorithms, and documentation are proprietary property of AnakPiyik AI Labs and its contributors.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our tools and micro-SaaS prototypes are provided "as-is" and "as available". While we strive for 99.9% reliability, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated outputs should always be reviewed by humans before critical production deployment.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
